Data Protection Statement

The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as names, addresses or e-mail addresses, are always provided on a voluntary basis if possible. Those data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit permission. Without separate information and approval by the data subject, we will use (personal) data obtained exclusively for the execution of the given order / processing of the order.

However, we would like to point out that data transmissions via internet (e.g. e-mail communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of personal details against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data. In the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis. In the event of the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person requiring the processing of personal data, article 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

Cookies

So-called "cookies" are used on our pages. These are technically necessary to enable you to use our website. Cookies that are not technically necessary, such as those for marketing or statistics, are not used on our pages. If you do not want our website to use cookies on your computer, you can deactivate cookies in your browser settings or adjust the settings so that you are informed when cookies are used on a website. The use of the website may be restricted after deactivating technically necessary cookies.

Matomo

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) for web analytics, a service of InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, ("Matomo") and do not use cookies. The protection of your data is important to us, therefore we have additionally configured Matomo so that your IP address is only recorded in abbreviated form. We therefore process your personal usage data anonymously. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about your person. Furthermore, we have configured Matomo in such a way that your visit is not recorded at all, not even anonymously if you have set your browser to not be tracked. Furthermore we operate Matomo on a server rented by us, whose location is Germany. The collected data is only in our access and is not passed on to third parties. You can find further information about the Matomo terms of use and the data protection regulations under: https://matomo.org/privacy/.

YouTube

Our site uses the provider YouTube LLC , 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the integration of videos. Normally, when you visit a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have integrated our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode in which YouTube does not set cookies (in this case YouTube still contacts Google's Double Click service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated). As a result, YouTube no longer stores information about visitors unless they are watching the video. When you click on the video, your IP address is sent to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also associated with your account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video).

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the collection and use of your data by YouTube. You can find further information in the YouTube privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Contact form

If you send enquiries to us via the contact form, your data entered into the contact form, including the stated contact data, are stored for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry and in case of additional enquiries. Those data will not be passed on without your permission.

Subsequently, the user receives the opportunity to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner by means of a confirmation e-mail. The address is only actively included in the distribution list if it is confirmed. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and offers. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The data protection measures are always subject to technical innovations.
